Due to the bespoke nature of our products, Wear Kayan does not offer exchanges or refunds. Each item is made to order, making it unique to you. This policy is in place because once an item has been customized to your specific sizes and preferences, it cannot be sold to another customer.

To help you make the best choice before placing your order, we offer detailed sizing guides and are available to answer any questions regarding fit, materials, and care instructions.   لا نقدم خدمة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع. يتم تصنيع كل قطعة خصيصًا عند الطلب، مما يجعلها فريدة ومصممة لكِ تحديدًا. وقد تم اعتماد هذه السياسة لأن القطعة بعد تفصيلها وفق مقاساتكِ وتفضيلاتكِ الخاصة لا يمكن بيعها مرةً أخرى.

لمساعدتكِ على اتخاذ القرار المناسب قبل إتمام الطلب، نوفر دليلًا تفصيليًا للمقاسات وطريقة أخذ القياسات بالتفصيل، كما يسعدنا الإجابة عن أي استفسارات تتعلق بالمقاس أو الأقمشة أو تعليمات العناية. نوصي بالتواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء في حال وجود أي استفسار بخصوص دليل المقاسات.
